Saturn Petcare, Inc. — based out of Bremen, Germany — expanded into the U.S. market and needed a unified visual system to showcase its values in an effort to attract talent. I was responsible for developing the RIIO brand system and translating it across the company website, campus graphics, and recruitment videos.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, I led the creative direction, built the site architecture, designed UX and visual layouts, and produced employee testimonial videos to highlight Saturn’s people-focused culture. Real employees were featured throughout the site to build authenticity and reinforce the company’s values.
The result was a cohesive system and culture-focused website that strengthened Saturn’s employer brand and supported recruitment efforts during a period of major expansion.
